IMPACT FORWARD is a psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) designed specifically for adults with with mental health challenges.
In-Home
Support
Some of the services that IMPACT provides are a blend of time in the home (personal care, teaching meal preparation, laundry skills for example) and time in the community to pursue meaningful opportunities.
Independent Living
IMPACT is able to bridge the gaps for those who have mastered many independent living skills and choose to live on their own. Whether an individual resides in IMPACT’s apartment program or a home in the community, IMPACT is here for them.
