Our Leadership Team

  • Pete Joseph, QP, Director of Community Programs

I’m a 1st general Haitian American transplant from New Jersey with over 20-years’ experience teaching and counseling exceptional populations in varying settings.“Working here at IMPACT is truly a team environment where we can utilize our individual talents to amplify the greater purpose which is to serve our community.”

  • Marlon Williams, MA,QP Director of Residential Programs

I find this work incredibly meaningful because everyone deserves the chance to reach their full potential. Individuals with IDD deserve support, encouragement, and recognition as valued members of our community. They remind us to focus on ability and to provide the tools they need to thrive. Being their advocate is a privilege—and even on hard days, we make a difference in ways that often go beyond words. IMPACT plays a vital role in ensuring there's a place for the IDD population in our community.

  • Kim Lester, BS, QP Director of IMPACT FORWARD, PSR

I work for IMPACT because I believe in delivering actionable solutions that create real possibilities for the individuals and communities we support.

Additionally, I believe we are all connected in some way, brought into each other’s lives for reasons that may not yet be clear—but are always meaningful."

  • Reba Moore-Gonzalez, BS, Staff Development and Intake Manager

I enjoy meeting new staff and assisting them with their onboarding process. Having the opportunity to interact with the individuals we serve makes my day! We have a great group of staff in the office and they make coming to work an enjoyable place to be. Educating the community about who we are and what we do is a fun part of the job.

  • Whitney Morgan, Development

Looking back on my journey to IMPACT, I’ve realized that every job I worked has prepared me for this season and my role. I thrive on making a difference in others’ lives in every possible way. Fundraising is even more crucial than ever before for nonprofit organizations, and I am so thrilled to be able to have the opportunity do just that for IMPACT of the Piedmont. I have a servant’s heart, and I am honored to be serving here.

  • Brenda Maconochie, Office Manager

    Brenda Maconochie, Office Manager

I am a transplant who moved here from Massachusetts.  I was looking for an office job after my last child started middle school.  That was back in 2007 and I have been here ever since!  I enjoy using my skills to support the persons served and the agency.  It is a pleasure to work with IMPACT of the Piedmont, Inc.

  • Stacey Williams, BA, QP, Quality Manager

I began working in the field of case management almost by fate and have now been in the field for over twenty-five years. Throughout my career, I have observed many changes and challenges in the field that continue to bring growth and knowledge as to why I chose this as a career. I am happy to be working for IMPACT of the Piedmont because we provide an atmosphere where we encourage our persons served to grow as an individual regardless of what changes or challenges bring to services that are received by our persons served.

  • Katrina Taylor, AA, Billing & Property Manager

I chose IMPACT largely because of the leadership. I have great respect for DeeAnna and Julie and knew that I would be working for an agency who puts the individuals first. I also knew that I would have the opportunity for growth where I could use my skills to support the agency.
