Getting Started

We at IMPACT understand that when you need outside support,  it can be overwhelming.  Most people likely wonder, where do I start and question what do all of these terms even mean?  We want to encourage you to breathe,  know that support is available and take one step at a time. People will guide you through each step of the process.

You are not expected to know this path on your own.  Soon, as you travel through the process,  much will become familiar, and you will be navigating the arrangement of care like a pro! We have listed some suggestions of how to start your quest for services:

"Pete's great to talk things out with."

"Dee Anna makes me feel safe."

"I can always talk to the workers like Teresa."

"Impact is helping me be a better person!"
