• Peter Joseph, BA, QP, Community Qualified Professional

I’m a 1st general Haitian American transplant from New Jersey with over 20-years’ experience teaching and counseling exceptional populations in varying settings.“Working here at IMPACT is truly a team environment where we can utilize our individual talents to amplify the greater purpose which is to serve our community.”

  • Marlon Williams, MA,QP Director of Residential Programs

I find this line of work incredibly meaningful because everyone deserves the opportunity to maximize their potential.  Specifically working with the IDD population, they deserve the encouragement, support and visibility as members of our society.  They remind us that we should focus on their ability and afford them the tools to be the best version of themselves.  Our chance to be their advocate is a treasured responsibility and although we may get tired or frustrated at times, we impact them in so many ways, more than they can express.  In addition,  IMPACT is making a difference in the community by ensuring that there is a place for the IDD population.

  • Kim Lester, BS, PSR, QP Director of IMPACT FORWARD,

I work for IMPACT because I believe in delivering actionable solutions that create real possibilities for the individuals and communities we support.

Additionally, I believe we are all connected in some way, brought into each other’s lives for reasons that may not yet be clear—but are always meaningful."
